1. Terms of Use of the API Service

1.1. In order to use the API service of the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") located at https://dvaugla.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the owner of the account on the domtok.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the "User") agrees to and accepts these Terms of Use of the Service.

The owner of the Service is the Individual Entrepreneur Svetlana Afanasyevna Demchenko (OGRNIP: 325774600103887, INN: 510201385086, address: 125212, Moscow, Admirala Makarova Street, Building 6A, Bldg. 1, P.O. Box 349) (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

Using the Service means the User's full and unconditional consent to the terms and conditions set out below (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "these Terms").

2. Procedure for starting to use the Service

2.1. To start using the Service, the User must register in the user's personal account and on the page: https://dvaugla.ru/user/api-tokens create an API key with the necessary rights (reading, creating, etc.)

2.2. The Administrator has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any User an API key and, accordingly, further use of the Service without any compensation or reimbursement in connection therewith.

3. Rights and obligations of the Administrator

3.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties from the Administrator.

3.2. The Administrator does not guarantee that the software of the Service, the Site, the server and the computer networks used by the server and the Site are free of errors and computer viruses. If the use of the Service has resulted in the loss of data or damage to equipment, the Administrator shall not be liable for this.

3.3. If there are sufficient grounds, including in the event of a violation of the requirements of these Terms, the Administrator has the right, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice, to suspend or terminate the ability of the User to use the entire Service, as well as to terminate the unique API key provided to the User.

3.4. The Administrator has the right, at its sole discretion and without notice to the User, to make changes to the Service (its functionality, technical conditions and requirements for use, interface, etc.).

3.5. The Administrator has the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce a fee for obtaining individual functionality of the Service, notifying the User no later than 15 days before the fee is introduced.

3.6. The ability to obtain individual functionality of the Service may be limited by the Administrator. The rules and procedure for obtaining the ability to use such individual API functionality are determined by the Administrator. The Administrator has the right to refuse any User the use of individual API functionality, access (ability) to which is limited by the Administrator.

3.7. The Administrator has the right to independently determine the technical requirements for the ability to use the Service by the User.

4. Rights and obligations of the User

4.1. The User is responsible for the use, safety and confidentiality of the unique API key received by him.

4.2. The User may not use the Service in ways that violate the rights and legitimate interests of the Administrator and third parties, personal data legislation, any other legislation of the Russian Federation and other countries, as well as the requirements of these Terms.

4.3. The use of any materials obtained through the Service from the Site is prohibited for any purposes other than those relevant to the subject matter of the Site.

4.4. The User is prohibited from collecting, storing or otherwise processing the account information (logins and passwords) of Site users, including doing so through the Service.

4.5. The User has the right to request the termination of the API key for their account at any time.

5. Other Terms

5.1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, at its own discretion and without the consent of the User. In such a case, the changes and additions come into force from the moment of their publication on the Site.

5.2. The User's use (as well as the User's exercise of the rights and obligations established by these Terms) after any changes to these Terms means the User's consent to such changes and/or additions.

5.3. If the User does not agree to use the Service after changes have been made to these Terms and/or, accordingly, to comply with these Terms after changes, the User undertakes to stop using the Service.

5.4. These Terms, as well as the relations between the User and the Administrator, including those not regulated by these Terms, are governed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.5. If it is impossible to resolve disputes between the User and the Administrator through negotiations, they must be resolved in court at the place of state registration of the Administrator in the manner established by the current procedural legislation of the Russian Federation. In this case, it is mandatory to submit a written claim (demand) no later than 30 calendar days before filing a claim with the court.

5.6. The terms used in these Terms and not expressly defined in the text of these Terms are defined in accordance with the User Agreement of the Site, located at User Agreement.
