Rules for the use of recommendation technologies

Recommendation technologies are information technologies for providing information based on the collection, systematization and analysis of data related to the preferences of Internet users located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

1. Individual entrepreneur Demchenko Svetlana Afanasyevna (OGRNIP: 325774600103887, INN: 510201385086) is the owner of the website dvaugla.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), which uses technologies for providing the user of the Website with information based on the collection, systematization and analysis of information related to the preferences of Internet users.

2. Recommendation technologies on the Site are used for the purpose of showing the user advertisements that are most suitable for him not only according to the search parameters specified by the user, but also taking into account his actions on the Website, in order to provide him with information about real estate objects that are most relevant to his request.

3. These Rules for the Use of Recommendation Technologies (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) contain information:

• about the processes and methods of collecting, systematizing, and analyzing information related to the preferences of Internet users, providing information based on this information, as well as methods for implementing such processes and methods;
• about the types of information related to the preferences of Internet users, which are used to provide information using recommendation technologies, and the sources for obtaining such information.

4. The use of information technologies for providing information based on the collection, systematization and analysis of data related to the preferences of Internet users located on the territory of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as recommendation technologies) that violate the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations is prohibited, and the use of recommendation technologies for the purpose of providing information in violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation is also prohibited.

5. The recommendation technologies on the Site are software packages that, using algorithmic calculations and machine learning based on user data and/or certain elements of the information system, carry out a personalized selection and ranking of real estate advertisements for display to the Website user.

6. To operate the recommendation algorithms, the Site uses the following information:

• data on the user's actions on the Site (for example, adding ads to favorites);
• previously viewed Ads;
• filters applied on the Site to search for Ads;
• cookies;
• location;
• type of user device;
• user browser;
• operating system used by the user;

7. The model of recommendation technologies on the Site, by comparing the information received from the User, gives the User recommendations on Advertisements on the Site.

8. These Rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2025 and may be amended unilaterally.
