Registration and profile

Registration takes just 2 minutes: enter your email, create a password, and confirm your email. After that, you'll be able to save properties, receive personalized recommendations, and communicate with agents.

Yes! You can browse listings and apply filters. However, to save favorites or contact agents, registration is required.

Log in to your account, go to the "Profile" section, and edit the necessary information. Save your changes for them to take effect.

Search and filters

Use smart filters: select the region, property type, budget, number of rooms, and additional options (e.g., "Playgrounds" or "Car-free yard"). Also, try the "Recommendations" section-we'll suggest options based on your previous searches.

This is our unique system that analyzes your preferences (for example, "apartment with high ceilings") and shows you properties that are likely to interest you.

All viewed and saved properties are available in the "Favorites" section. You can also receive notifications about new listings that match your criteria.

Announcements and contacts

Click on the partially hidden contact information in the listing card. If the agent has hidden their contact information, leave a message through our messenger by clicking the "Send Message" button-we'll forward it on.

Register, select "Add an ad," and fill out the form with a description, photo, and price. Moderation takes up to 2 hours.

All properties undergo verification: we check that the description form is filled out correctly and request documents if necessary. Questionable ads, as well as those that receive user complaints, are removed.

Security and payments

We use encryption and do not share information with third parties. You can manage access to your data in your profile settings.

No. В настоящее время платформа предоставляет только доступ к списку объявлений. Оплата и подписание договоров происходит уже при встрече с автором объявления. В дальнейшем, для безопасных предоплат и договоров планируем ввести наш escrow-сервис - средства будут зачисляться продавцу только после подписания документов.
