Yes! You can browse listings and apply filters. However, to save favorites or contact agents, registration is required.
How do I change my profile information?
Log in to your account, go to the "Profile" section, and edit the necessary information. Save your changes for them to take effect.
Search and filters
How to find the perfect object?
Use smart filters: select the region, property type, budget, number of rooms, and additional options (e.g., "Playgrounds" or "Car-free yard"). Also, try the "Recommendations" section—we'll suggest options based on your previous searches.
What are personalized recommendations?
This is our unique system that analyzes your preferences (for example, "apartment with high ceilings") and shows you properties that are likely to interest you.
How to track viewed objects?
All viewed and saved properties are available in the "Favorites" section. You can also receive notifications about new listings that match your criteria.
Announcements and contacts
How to contact an agent?
Click on the partially hidden contact information in the listing card. If the agent has hidden their contact information, leave a message through our messenger by clicking the "Send Message" button—we'll forward it on.
How to publish an ad?
Register, select "Add an ad," and fill out the form with a description, photo, and price. Moderation takes up to 2 hours.
How to verify the authenticity of an ad?
All properties undergo verification: we check that the description form is filled out correctly and request documents if necessary. Questionable ads, as well as those that receive user complaints, are removed.
Security and payments
How to protect your data?
We use encryption and do not share information with third parties. You can manage access to your data in your profile settings.
Is it possible to pay rent for an apartment through the DvaUgla portal?
No. Currently, the platform only provides access to listings. Payment and contract signing occur upon meeting with the listing author. In the future, we plan to introduce our escrow service for secure prepayments and contracts—funds will be transferred to the seller only after the documents are signed.
How to avoid fraud?
Check agent reviews, use secure payment methods, and don't agree to "rush deals" without document verification.
